The purpose of this public hearing is to consider a proposal by Herget Plavsic Development LLC to modify the zoning boundaries on portions of the properties at 4201 E. Fitzsimmons Road and 10150 S. Chicago Road that are currently zoned Rm-1, Multifamily Residential and Rs-1, Single Family Residential

Beginning at “Reference Point ‘C’” in the above description; Thence North 89°25’29” East, 358.38 feet to a point in the East Right-of-Way line of the Chicago & Northwestern Transportation Company Railroad; Thence South 81°52’0l” West, 355.26 feet to a point; Thence North 08°07’59” West, 47.17 feet to the point of beginning of this description.

Said Parcel contains 8,373 Square Feet (or 0.1922 Acres) of land, more or less

 

The Common Council has scheduled other public hearings for December 5, 2006 at 7:00 PM.  This hearing may begin at 7:00 PM or as soon as possible following the conclusion of other public hearings.
