RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A BILL OF SALE

TO THE CITY OF FRANKLIN

BE IT RESOLVED that the Bill of Sale from the City of Oak Creek and the City of Oak Creek Water and Sewer Utility to the City of Franklin is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute the same on behalf of the City of Oak Creek.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Common Council of the City of Oak Creek held this _____ day of December, 2006.
