RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE STREET SUPERINTENDENT TO

FILE A RECYCLING GRANT APPLICATION WITH

THE WISCONSIN DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES

WHEREAS, the City of Oak Creek requests financial assistance under Section 287.23, Wisconsin State Statutes, and Chapter NR 542, 544 and 549, Wisconsin Administrative Code, for the purpose of planning, constructing or operating a recycling program with one or more components specified in Section 287.11(2)(a) to (h), Wisconsin State Statutes.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Oak Creek hereby authorizes the Street Superintendent for the City of Oak Creek to act on its behalf to:

            Submit an application to the State of Wisconsin, Department of Natural           Resources, for financial assistance under Section 287.23, Wisconsin State         Statutes and Chapter NR 542, 544 and 549, Wisconsin Administrative code;      and;

            Sign necessary documents; and

            Submit a final report.
