Recommendation:  The License Committee is scheduled to meet immediately prior to the 12/19/06 Council meeting.  Preliminary recommendations are being made as follows:

Take action on the Operator’s license application submitted by:

                        Tammy G. Hardenburg, 6380 S. 35^th St., Franklin (Big Mouth Frog)

Grant an Operator’s license to:

                        Megan Louise Zinke, 10860 S. 10^th Ave. (Diane’s 2^nd Chance)

                        David James Janda, S70W13301 Fennimore Ln., Muskego (Greco’s)

Grant a renewal license for an adult entertainment bookstore, adult entertainment business managers and part-time employee for 2007 as follows:

            Cupid’s Toys, 7070 S. 27^th St.

                        Richard Rothen

                        Mary Frances R. Lucier

                        Christopher J. Smarella

                        David J. Fazio

                        Angela K. Davidson, 4521 W. Ramsey Ave., #67, Greendale (new employee)
