2.         Grant an original adult entertainment bookstore license for the year 2002 and renewal licenses for the years 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006 to:

            Richard Rothen, doing business as Cupid’s Toys, 7070 S. 27^th St.

3.         Grant an original license for the year 2002 and renewal licenses for the years 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006 for a manager/assistant manager license for an adult entertainment establishment (Cupid’s Toys) to:

            Christopher J. Smarella, 2817 S. 68^th St., Milwaukee

            Mary Frances Ruth Lucier, 1901 S.10^th St., Milwaukee

            David J. Fazio, 2420 Parkland Dr., Waukesha

4.         Grant an original license for the year 2002 and renewal licenses for the years 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006 for an employee license for an adult entertainment establishment (Cupid’s Toys) to:

            Cassandra Marie Hathaway, 1440 S. 116^th St., West Allis

5.         Take council action on the application for Operator’s license submitted by:

            Brian William Memmel, 3888 S. Miner, Milwaukee (Southbound)
