BEFORE THE OAK CREEK COMMON COUNCIL

The purpose of this public hearing is to consider a proposal by Charles Rusiecki to rezone the front portions of the properties at 2234 & 2298 E. Elm Road from Rs-3, Single Family Residential to A-1, Limited Agricultural.

The Common Council has scheduled other public hearings for November 8, 2006 at 7:00 PM.  This hearing may begin at 7:00 PM or as soon as possible following the conclusion of other public hearings.
