Recommendation:  To concur with the recommendation of the Traffic and Safety Commission and deny the request for a stop sign on E. Overlook Way at the intersection of S. Wintergreen Drive.

Background:  The request was discussed at the Traffic and Safety Commission meeting on September 13, 2006.  The complaint was from residents in the area about excessive speeds and vehicles that have jumped over the curb around the corner.   The Commission felt that given the traffic study data that this intersection did not warrant a stop sign.

Fiscal Impact:  None.
