1.         Grant an Operator’s license:

            Naomi A. Hoefs, 8783 S. Oak Park Dr., #3 (Pick ‘n Save & Gary’s)

2.         Grant the request for change of agent on the Class A Combination license issued to:

            Mega Marts, LLC, doing business as Pick n’Save, 8770 S. Howell Ave., from Randy Zimmer to Michael T. Meszaros
