AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4

OF ORDINANCE NO. 2333, RELATING TO DESIGN ENGINEER

The Common Council of the City of Oak Creek does hereby ordain as follows:

SECTION 1:  Ordinance No. 2333, Section 4, is hereby amended as follows:

Position Title	Current Salary	Salary (as of 12/29/05)	Starting Salary	Top Salary
Design Engineer	vacant	$67,922	$58,866	$73,583

SECTION 2:  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

SECTION 3:  This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication, and shall apply as of 12/29/05.
