Recommendation:  That the Common Council adopt Ordinance No. 2388, relating to the position of Design Engineer.

Background:  The Design Engineer position has been vacant since 4/1/03.  Matt Sullivan has accepted this position effective 12/29/05, and this ordinance establishes the salary for this position.

Fiscal Impact:  Sufficient funds have been budgeted for this position in 2006.
