AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE NO. 2234

RELATING TO THE POSITION OF INSPECTION SUPERVISOR

The Common Council of the City of Oak Creek does hereby ordain as follows:

SECTION 1:  Ordinance No. 2234, Section 2, is hereby amended to establish a salary for the position of Inspection Supervisor as follows:

Position Title	Salary (as of 9/1/05)	Starting Salary	Top Salary
Inspection Supervisor	$60,522*	$46,356	$60,522

*5% above highest paid Inspector

SECTION 2:  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

SECTION 3:  This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication, and shall apply as of 9/1/05.
