Recommendation:  That the Common Council consider a motion to create a CIP project in the 2008 budget for review of the floodplain mapping and initiation of a floodplain mapping amendment if warranted.

Background:  This motion is intended to keep the floodplain zoning map up to date as the City develops and new information becomes available.

Fiscal Impact:  None at this time.  Cost will be determined in the 2008 CIP.
