Recommendation:  The License Committee did not meet prior to the 9/20/05 Council meeting.  Recommendations are being made as follows:

1.         Continue to hold:

            Renewal application for a “Class B” Combination license for the 2005-06 licensing year submitted by Sunset, Inc., Nedzat (John) Ziba, doing business as the Sunset Family Restaurant, 924 E. Rawson Ave.

2.         Grant an Operator’s license:

            John J. Slomski II, 3285 E. Puetz Rd. Oak Creek, (Legion)
