AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 17.0313

OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING

THE MAXIMUM SQUARE FOOTAGE OF OFFICE BUILDINGS IN THE B-2 COMMUNITY BUSINESS DISTRICT

The Common Council of the City of Oak Creek does hereby ordain as follows:

SECTION 1:    Section 17.0313(e)(2) of the Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

(2) The maximum building floor area for any permitted use shall be 60,000 square feet.

SECTION 2    Section 17.0313(c)(2) of the Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

(2) Any permitted use in the B-2 Community Business District with a building area of 60,000 square feet.

SECTION 3:    All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

SECTION 4:    This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
