AN ORDINANCE TO CREATE SECTION 17.0501

OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING

ACCESSORY USES

The Common Council of the City of Oak Creek does hereby ordain as follows:

SECTION 1:    Section 17.0501 of the Municipal Code is hereby recreated to read as follows:

SECTION 17.0501 ACCESSORY USES AND STRUCTURES

Accessory uses and structures are those that are usually and customarily incidental to the principal use that is located on the same property, or on an adjacent parcel under the same ownership as the accessory use or structure.

SECTION 2:    All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

SECTION 3:    This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
