Recommendation:  That the Council consider Resolution No. 104539-081605, approving a certified survey map for the property at 808 E. Fitzsimmons Road.

Background:  On January 18, 2005 the Council approved a resolution approving a certified survey map for the property at 808 E. Fitzsimmons Road.  The applicant is returning for a minor land division that would move the northern lot line on Parcel 2 north 20 feet.  This will increase the area of Parcel 2 by 4,307 square feet. No new lots are being created as a result of this CSM. 

While the applicant is not requesting any further division of this property, moving the lot line 20 feet to the north would provide enough lot area to allow Parcel 2 (808 E. Fitzsimmons Road) to be divided into two (2) parcels at some point in the future. 

The Plan Commission has reviewed this request, and recommended its approval.

Fiscal Impact:  There is no fiscal impact associated with this action.
