RESOLUTION APPROVING A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

                        WHEREAS, on January 12, 2005 the Oak Creek Common Council approved Resolution No. 10455, approving a certified survey map No. 7540 for the property at 808 E. Fitzsimmons Road; and,

                        WHEREAS, the owner of the property at 808 E. Fitzsimmons Road has applied for a minor land division that will change the boundaries of this certified survey map; and,

                        WHEREAS, it appears that the certified survey map submitted by EILEEN M. HENKEL, hereinafter referred to as the subdivider, is in compliance with all statutory requirements; and

                        WHEREAS, the subdivider has complied with all of the applicable ordinances and resolutions of the City of Oak Creek.

                        WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of this certified survey map.

                        NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this certified survey map, in the City of Oak Creek, Wisconsin, is hereby approved by the Common Council.          

                        Introduced at a regular meeting of the Common Council of the City of Oak Creek held this 16th day of August, 2005.

                        Passed and adopted this ___ day of ______________, 2005.
