AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL AND RECREATE SECTION 2.46 (a) (11) a

OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO

RENAMING THE PHN SUPERVISOR POSITION TO INCLUDE

THE TITLE OF DEPUTY HEALTH OFFICER

The Common Council of the City of Oak Creek does hereby ordain as follows:

Section 2.46 (a) (11) a is hereby repealed and recreated to read as follows:

SEC. 2.46 NON-UNION EMPLOYEES BELOW DEPARTMENT MANAGER STATUS.

(a) Positions Designated. The following employment positions, classified by department supervisor, are designated as civil service positions:

(11) Health Department. The following positions shall be filled by the Community Public Health Administrator from an eligible list supplied by the Civil Service Commission.

a. Public Health Nurse Supervisor/Deputy Health Officer.

All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
