Recommendation:  That the Common Council designate Sunday, October 30, 2005, between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. as the City’s official “Trick or Treat”.

Background:  The Celebrations Commission met on July 14, 2005, and recommended October 30^th from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. as the City’s official Trick or Treat.  The commission also recommended that Trick or Treating end at 6:00 p.m. rather than 7:00 p.m., as in past years.  Celebrations Commission minutes are attached.
