NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

BEFORE THE OAK CREEK COMMON COUNCIL

 

The purpose of this public hearing is to consider a proposal by Pranke Holdings, LLC to rezone the property at 8750 S. Howell Avenue from B-3, Office and Professional Business to B-2, Community Business.

Legal Description:  That part the Northwest 1/4 of Section 21, Township 5 North, Range 22 East, in the City of Oak Creek, County of Milwaukee, State of Wisconsin, as further described:

 

Commencing at the NW corner of said Northwest 1/4; thence S00º20’37”W, 456.32 feet; thence S89º40’10”E, 74.87 feet to the point of beginning of the lands to be described; thence continuing S89º40’10”E, 83.70 feet; thence N35º20’17”E, 227.69 feet; thence N54º39’43”W, 236.65 feet; thence S09º22’13”W, 130.16 feet; thence S00º20’30”W, 193.71 feet to the point of beginning.

 

The Common Council has scheduled other public hearings for June 7, 2005 at 7:00 PM.  This hearing may begin at 7:00 PM or as soon as possible following the conclusion of other public hearings.
