NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BEFORE THE OAK CREEK COMMON COUNCIL
PURPOSE: The purpose of this public hearing is to consider a proposal by Ted O’Leske (Early Childhood Education Center) to rezone the property at 10479 S. Chicago Road from B-2, Community Business to B-3, Office and Professional Business with a conditional use permit for a day care center with an outdoor activity area.

Legal Description: Part of north 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 36, in Township 5 North, of Range 22 East, in the City of Oak Creek, County of Milwaukee and State of Wisconsin, commencing at the Southwest corner of said North 1/2 running thence East along the South line of said North 1/2, 269.67 feet to a point in the center line of the Chicago Road, thence North along the center line of the Chicago Road, 260.0 feet to a point; thence West and parallel to the South line of said North 1/2 of said 1/4 Section 273.20 to a point in the West line of said 1/4 Section, thence South along the West line of said 1/4 Section 260.02 feet to the place of commencement, containing in all 1.62 Acres of land more or less. The Easterly 60 feet to be used for street purposes.
The Common Council has scheduled other public hearings for June 7, 2005 at 7:00 PM. This hearing may begin at 7:00 PM or as soon as possible following the conclusion of other public hearings.
