             NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS

FOR ROAD RECONSTRUCTION OF S. 20^TH STREET, W. SOUTHBRANCH BOULEVARD, W. RIDGEVIEW DRIVE AND S. RIDGEVIEW DRIVE

               IN ACCORDANCE WITH RESOLUTION NO. 10503-040405

                                            (PROJECT NO. 04003)

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Common Council of the City of Oak Creek has declared its intention to exercise its power under the Municipal Code of the City of Oak Creek to levy special assessments upon abutting property for benefits conferred upon such property in the following location:

The report of the City Engineer showing proposed preliminary plans and specifications, the cost of improvements and proposed assessments are on file in the office of the City Engineer and may be inspected there Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.

You are further notified that the Common Council will hear all persons interested or their agents or attorneys concerning matters contained in the proposed assessments on Tuesday, May 3, 2005, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers.  All particulars presented will be finally determined.
