Recommendation:  To concur with the recommendation of the Traffic and Safety Commission and deny the installation of the street light at the intersection of S. 27^th Street and W. St. Johns Way.

Background:  The request was discussed at the Traffic and Safety Commission meeting on April 13, 2005.  This request was discussed because of a complaint that the intersection is very dark at night and easy to miss the entrance to the subdivision.  It was decided to wait and see if S. 27^th Street improvements will include street lighting.  

Fiscal Impact:  None.
