NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

BEFORE THE OAK CREEK COMMON COUNCIL

PURPOSE:     The purpose of this public hearing is to consider a proposal by Tri City National Bank to rezone a portion of the property at 2555 W. Ryan Road from B-3, Office and Professional Business CU to B-4, Highway Business.

Legal Description:  That part of Parcel 2 of Certified Survey Map No. 6669 being part of the Northwest ¼ of the Northwest ¼ of Section 30, Township 5 North, Range 22 East, in the City of Oak Creek, County of Milwaukee, State of Wisconsin, as further described:

Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Parcel 2 of CSM No. 6669, thence N 89º 21' 27" E along the south line of West Ryan Road 128.67 feet to a point; thence S 00º 23' 33" E 211.18 feet to a point; thence N 89º 21' 27" E 131.00 feet to a point; thence S 00º 23' 33" E 137.42 feet to a point; thence S 89º 21' 27" W 259.67 feet to a point; thence N 00º 23' 33" W 348.60 feet to the point of beginning.

The Common Council has scheduled other public hearings for May 17, 2005 at 7:00 PM.  This hearing may begin at 7:00 PM or as soon as possible following the conclusion of other public hearings.
