AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 6.01 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF

THE CITY OF OAK CREEK RELATING TO A CHANGE IN THE OFFICIAL MAP

FOR THE SOUTHWEST ONE-QUARTER (1/4) OF SECTION SIX (6)

(2nd Aldermanic District)

                        The Common Council of the City of Oak Creek does hereby ordain as follows:

SECTION 1:   Section 6.01 of the Municipal Code of the City of Oak Creek enacted and adopted pursuant to Section 62.23(6)(b), Wisconsin Statutes, creating the official map of the City of Oak Creek, is hereby amended so as to establish the exterior lines of planned new streets, highways, parkways, parks and playgrounds and to widen, narrow, extend and close existing streets, highways, parkways, parks and playgrounds, as more fully shown on the map attached hereto and declared to be a part thereof, the same affecting the Southwest One-Quarter (1/4) of Section Six (6), Town Five (5) North, Range Twenty-Two (22) East, in the City of Oak Creek, County of Milwaukee, State of Wisconsin.

SECTION 2:   All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

SECTION 3:   This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.

                        Introduced at a regular meeting of the Common Council of the City of Oak Creek held this 17th day of May, 2005.
