NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BEFORE THE OAK CREEK COMMON COUNCIL
PURPOSE: The purpose of this public hearing is to consider a proposal by the City of Oak Creek to create Sections 17.0329, 17.0330, 17.0331, 17.0332 and 17.0333 of the Municipal Code establishing overlay zoning districts and design guidelines for the 27th Street corridor.

Legal Description: This proposed zoning overlay districts and design standards affect all properties having street frontage along South 27th Street (STH 241).
The Common Council has scheduled other public hearings for April 19, 2005 at 7:00 PM. This hearing may begin at 7:00 PM or as soon as possible following the conclusion of other public hearings.
