Recommendation: That the Council consider Resolution No. 10509-041905, approving a certified survey map joining the properties at 8469 and 8473 S. Howell Avenue.
Background: The Fait Family Ltd. Partnership is requesting the approval of a certified survey map joining the property at 8469 S. Howell Avenue (the current Tratorria diCarlo restaurant site) with Parcel 2 of CSM #7476 which was recently divided from the property at 8473 S. Howell Avenue. The newly created parcel will be 3.9 acres.
The applicant is joining the parcels to facilitate the parking lot expansion that was approved at the October 26, 2004 Plan Commission meeting.
The Plan Commission has reviewed this request, and recommended its approval.
Fiscal Impact: The approval of this land consolidation will allow for the potential of additional development on the parcel, which will have a positive fiscal impact.
