BEFORE THE OAK CREEK COMMON COUNCIL
PURPOSE: The purpose of this public hearing is to consider a proposal by the Superior Properties Group to rezone the property at 6890 S. Howell Avenue from B-4, Highway Business to M-1, Manufacturing and to grant a conditional use permit for a truck maintenance facility.
