Recommendation:  That the Common Council approve the CONTRACT AGREEMENT FOR SCHOOL HEALTH SERVICES 2005-2006 SCHOOL YEAR Between the Oak Creek-Franklin Jt. School District and the Oak Creek Health Department.

Background:  The Board of Health approved the contract at its February 9, 2005, meeting.  There are no changes to this contract from the preceeding year.

Fiscal Impact:  There will be no change in the hourly fee of $28.50. The current contract is for 4.5 hours per day for 170 days of service at the senior high. This equates to $21,802.50 for the 2005-2006 school year.
