Recommendation:  That the Common Council adopt Resolution No. 10467-021405, a resolution approving and accepting a public sanitary sewer easement from Clarence H. and Georgieann K. Schmidt for the proposed public sanitary sewer easement across their property at 7842 S. 13^th Street, Oak Creek, WI, 53154 (Tax key No. 783-9999) (1^st Aldermanic District).

Background:  The proposed public sanitary sewer easement provides for the installation of public sanitary sewer to service a four lot CSM at 1120 W. Drexel Avenue. The sanitary sewer was installed within the limits of the proposed sanitary sewer easement and should now be accepted.     

Fiscal Impact: None. The easement is being dedicated at no cost to the City.

RESOLUTION APPROVING A PUBLIC SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT

AT 7842 S. 13^TH STREET

(TAX KEY NO. 783-9999)

(1^st ALDERMANIC DISTRICT)

                                                                                                            WHEREAS, Clarence H. and Georgieann are said Owners of the property at 7842 S. 13^th Street, Oak Creek, WI, 53154 (Tax Key No. 783-9999) and,

                                                                                                            WHEREAS, the City requires that the Owners of said property at 7842 S. 13^th Street dedicate a sanitary sewer easement for the installation of public sanitary sewer to service the four lot CSM at 1120 W. Drexel Avenue and,

                                                                                                            WHEREAS, the required public sanitary sewer easement has been prepared and signed by the Owners,

                                                                                                            NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Oak Creek that the attached public sanitary sewer easement, as signed by the Owners, is hereby approved by the City.

                                                                                                            BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute the attached public sanitary sewer easement on behalf of the Common Council of the City of Oak Creek and upon execution by both the City of Oak Creek and the Owner, the City Attorney is hereby authorized and directed to record the same in the Office of the Register of Deeds in and for Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.
