Recommendation:  That the Common Council approves the recommendation of the Parks, Recreation & Forestry Director to purchase one (1) new model Toro 4100-D rotary mower from Reinders, Inc., in the amount of $41,662.

Background:  The equipment was advertised and bids were received.  The unique 10.5 ft. out-front deck mower that was demonstrated by staff has excellent cutting visibility and zero-turn radius for trimming without braking assistance.  The mower is to replace an existing mower.  The Department would like to retain the existing mower for back-up support.
