RESOLUTION OF COMMENDATION

TO

RUSSELL A. WICKMAN

WHEREAS, RUSSELL A. WICKMAN began his employment with the City of Oak Creek as a Water Treatment Plant Operator on June 23, 1980; and

WHEREAS, RUSSELL A. WICKMAN was a valuable employee during his years of service with the Oak Creek Water and Sewer Utility by virtue of his self-sacrifice and many tireless hours, answering the calls of its citizens and answering their questions, providing information for the community, and providing a vast service to the City’s constituents and employees with his knowledge; and

WHEREAS, RUSSELL A. WICKMAN retired from his position as Water Treatment Plant Operator effective December 31, 2004, after 24 years, 6 months and 8 days of dedicated full-time service to the City of Oak Creek.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Oak Creek that, for and on behalf of all its citizens, sincere gratitude and appreciation be extended to RUSSELL A. WICKMAN for his 24 years of dedicated and faithful service to the City of Oak Creek and to the Oak Creek Water and Sewer Utility.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that best wishes for good health and happiness be extended to RUSSELL A. WICKMAN and his family in his retirement years.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution be spread upon the minutes of this meeting and that the City Clerk be and she is hereby directed to transmit a suitable copy thereof to RUSSELL A. WICKMAN.
