Recommendation:  That the Council adopt Ordinance 2339, relating to the position of Plumbing/Building Inspector.

Background:  Negotiations for employment were concluded successfully within the range discussed with Council.

Fiscal Impact:  The 2005 budget included sufficient funds to cover this position.
