Recommendation:  License Committee did not meet prior to the 2/1/05 Council meeting.  The following recommendations are being made:

1.         Grant an Operator’s license to:

            Timothy James Falvey, Jr., 2007 Capella Ct., Waukesha (Community Center)

2.         Grant renewal Mobile Home Park licenses to:

            Hy View Mobile Home Park, 2439 W. Carroll Ave.

            Oak Creek Estates Mobile Home Park, 2301 W. College Ave.

3.         Grant a renewal transient merchant license and authorized salespersons:

            Wisconsin Seafood Company, Green Bay, WI, selling frozen seafood products at 7501 S. Howell Ave.

Salespersons:

            Sean R. Macrae, 1673 Lenwood St., #1, Green Bay

            Amy J. Parkinson, 1673 Lenwood St., #1, Green Bay
