NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

BEFORE THE OAK CREEK COMMON COUNCIL

PURPOSE:     The purpose of this public hearing is to consider a proposal by John Coury to amend the official map for the Northwest one-quarter of Section 34, affecting the properties at 1830 and 1930 East Elm Road and 10670 South Nicholson Road.

Time:                                      7:00 p.m.

Place:                                     Oak Creek City Hall

                                                8640 South Howell Avenue

                                                Oak Creek, WI  53154

                                                Common Council Chambers

The Common Council has scheduled other public hearings for December 20, 2005 at 7:00 PM.  This hearing may begin at 7:00 PM or as soon as possible following the conclusion of other public hearings.
