The purpose of this public hearing is to consider a proposal by DEMCO WISCONSIN I, LLC and GIUFFRE XX, LLC to rezone the properties at 8081, 8131 and part of 8201 South Howell Avenue from M-1, Manufacturing to B-4, Highway Business with a conditional use permit for a gasoline service station.
