NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BEFORE THE OAK CREEK COMMON COUNCIL
The purpose of this public hearing is to consider a proposal by Alvin and Elaine Stramowski to rezone the property at 6508 South Howell Avenue from B-2, Community Business to B-4, Highway Business with a conditional use permit for a heating and air conditioning contractor’s shop with no outdoor storage.

The Common Council has scheduled other public hearings for November 15, 2005 at 7:00 PM. This hearing may begin at 7:00 PM or as soon as possible following the conclusion of other public hearings.
