Recommendation:  That the Council adopt Resolution No. 10567-111505 accepting the dedication of the additional right-of-way for County Line Road.

Background:  The City’s agreement with WE Energies requires the use of their entrance located near County Line Road as the principal entrance for construction and operations.  WE Energies is in the process of completing improvements to their entrance, Hwy 32, and County Line Road.  For safety reasons and to be in compliance with their DOT permit County Line Road was adjusted to swing Northerly to intersect Hwy 32 at a right angle.  This deed turns over to the City the additional Right of Way needed to adjust the road.
