Recommendation:  That the Common Council approve the recommendation of the Street Superintendent to purchase a fork lift truck from the low qualified bidder, Wisconsin Lift Truck Corporation, in the amount of $20,998.00.

Background:  The Street Department sent out bids to various fork lift truck dealers.  Four (4) bids were received:
