FOR LANDFILL LICENSE
Purpose: To request approval for a landfill license.

Explanation of Request: Giuffre X LLC, has requested approval for a landfill license for soil fill at the above location, as required in Section 13.25 of the Oak Creek Municipal Code.
All interested persons wishing to be heard are invited to be present.
