NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

BEFORE THE OAK CREEK COMMON COUNCIL

PURPOSE:     The purpose of this public hearing is to consider a proposal by Micjensar Development, LLC to amend the official map for the Southeast one-quarter of Section 28, affecting the area to the north and east of the intersection of South Shepard Avenue and East Oakwood Road.

                                                Common Council Chambers

The Common Council has scheduled other public hearings for January 18, 2005 at 7:00 PM.  This hearing may begin at 7:00 PM or as soon as possible following the conclusion of other public hearings.
