PURPOSE:     The purpose of this public hearing is to consider a proposal by Micjensar Development, LLC to rezone the property at 10222 S. Shepard Avenue from Rs-3, Single Family Residential to Rs-2, Single Family Residential.

The Common Council has scheduled other public hearings for January 18, 2005 at 7:00 PM.  This hearing may begin at 7:00 PM or as soon as possible following the conclusion of other public hearings.
