NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

BEFORE THE OAK CREEK COMMON COUNCIL

PURPOSE:     The purpose of this public hearing is to consider a proposal by Country Creek Homes to amend the official map for the Southwest one-quarter of Section 27, affecting the area to the north and east of the intersection of South Nicholson Road and East Oakwood Road.

Hearing Date:                                    Tuesday, September 7, 2004

Time:                                      7:00 p.m.

Place:                                     Oak Creek City Hall

                                                8640 South Howell Avenue

                                                Oak Creek, WI  53154

                                                Common Council Chambers

The Common Council has scheduled other public hearings for September 7, 2004at 7:00 PM.  This hearing may begin at 7:00 PM or as soon as possible following the conclusion of other public hearings.
