Recommendation:  That the Council approve Ordinance 2326, establishing the wages and allowances for Elected Officials for the year 2004.

Background:  As with the wage increases for other various city positions, a 2.9% wage increase is recommended for the Elected Officials.  The municipal judge was just appointed on June 28, 2004 and therefore she is not eligible for an increase at this time.

Fiscal Impact:  The cost of the increases is included in the 2004 budget.
