BEFORE THE OAK CREEK COMMON COUNCIL

PURPOSE:     The purpose of this public hearing is to consider a request by MRT Investments, LLC for a conditional use permit for a car wash for a portion of the property at 150 W. Rawson Avenue.

The Common Council has scheduled other public hearings for September 21, 2004 at 7:00 PM.  This hearing may begin at 7:00 PM or as soon as possible following the conclusion of other public hearings.
