Recommendation:  License Committee did not meet prior to the 8/2/04 meeting.  The following recommendations are being made:

1.         Grant an Operator’s license to:

Michelle A. Zobrack, 3560 E. Northbrook Blvd. (Bender Park Pub)

            Cassie Ann Schwartz, 6164 S. 31^st St., #10, Greenfield (Jim Dandy’s)

            Andrea Marie Rogosienski, 1630 Milwaukee Ave., South Milwaukee (Bender Park Pub)

2.         Grant a Temporary Clas B Beer license, with a waiver of fees:

            Oak Creek OJ’s, for two days only, 8/7 and 8/8/04 (8/14-15/04 rain dates) at the Shepard Hills and East Middle School softball complex

3.         Grant the request:

            Mohammad Nazer, 5281 S. 13^th St., Milwaukee to work for Adnan Atshan (licensed transient merchant) selling frozen ice cream treats
