NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

BEFORE THE OAK CREEK COMMON COUNCIL

PURPOSE:     The purpose of this public hearing is to consider a proposal by Centerpoint Properties for a conditional use permit for to allow the storage of vehicles and equipment for the property at 7366 S. 1st Street.

The Common Council has scheduled other public hearings for July 6, 2004 at 7:00 PM.  This hearing may begin at 7:00 PM or as soon as possible following the conclusion of other public hearings.
