Recommendation:  To concur with the recommendation of the Traffic and Safety Commission and deny the installation of Duck Crossing signs at Miller Park on E. Groveland Drive.

Background:  The request was discussed at the Traffic and Safety Commission meeting on June 9, 2004.  The sign will not reduce the speed on E. Groveland Drive and is not the purpose of the sign.
