Recommendation:  That the Common Council adopts Ordinance No. 2310 to create Section 10.41 a (16) relating to stopping and/or prohibited parking in specified areas.

Background:  It is necessary to prohibit parking within fifteen feet (15’) of our new refuse carts.  The automated cart system being implemented requires that the area around the cart be clear for implementation of the system.

Fiscal Impact:  None at this time.
