NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

BEFORE THE OAK CREEK COMMON COUNCIL

PURPOSE:     The purpose of this public hearing is to consider a proposal by the City of Oak Creek to amend Section 17.0904 of the Municipal Code to regarding existing nonconforming lots.

                                                Common Council Chambers

This proposed amendment would change how the City regulates the ability to develop on lots of record that do not meet the requirements of the zoning district in which they are located.

The Common Council has scheduled other public hearings for June 1, 2004 at 7:00 PM.  This hearing may begin at 7:00 PM or as soon as possible following the conclusion of other public hearings.
